The DOTS Project has created various 3D braille dice for gamers who are visually impaired. The models are available free of charge on Thingiverse for those who have access to a 3D printer. For the rest of us, the dice are available - at cost - on through DOTS RPG Project. These exciting gaming dice are available in various shapes:

  • Standard 6-sided die

  • 4-sided die (rectangular shaped)

  • 6-sided die (square or curved corners)

  • 8-sided die (square or curved corners)

  • 10-sided die (square or blint-tipped)

  • 12-sided die

  • 20-sided die

  • Polyhedral set of die

  • 6 sided die with plus and minus symbols

The goal of the DOTS RPG Project is to empower the gamers who are visually impaired to run, play and experience the magic of tabletop reoleplaying with complete independence. While there are a few tactile dice on the market, there are no rulebooks, adventures or character sheets produced in braille. DOTS is hoping to bring people together and open up the world of tabletop gaming to players who are visually impaired.
