Gaming 4 EveryBODY
Gaming 4 EveryBODY is a month-long event celebrating Disability Pride within the Tabletop and Video Game communities! Held annually in July, G4E fundraisers support the work of the DOTS RPG Project: to improve accessibility in tabletop roleplaying games for disabled gamers.

Gaming 4 EveryBODY promotes the idea that someone’s disabilities shouldn’t stand in the way of being able to enjoy tabletop or video games. People are encouraged to try new things and experiment with accessibility aids or options throughout their fundraisers to help start more conversations around disability inclusion. Gaming can be a wonderful hobby that opens up access to new communities all over the world! In recent years, some of the strongest friendships are formed through gaming. People with disabilities should be able to enjoy everything these wonderful industries have to offer!
Support DOTS
Hosted during Disability Pride Month, we hope the annual G4E event will help promote the inclusion of disabled gamers across tabletop and video game communities. Our work at DOTS focuses primarily on increasing accessibility for tabletop roleplaying games and your fundraising efforts will help support our current and future programs!

Our Braille RPG Dice launched in December 2024 and was a project we’ve worked on for over five years. With years of prototype testing by many different blind and low vision individuals, we made sure we prioritized braille readability and ease of use. They are the world’s first factory-produced RPG sets that feature braille-only faces. We make these available at game conventions and online for retail and wholesale purchase through our production partner Die Hard Dice. Read more in this press release on Rascal!

We’ve hosted various panels at gaming conventions, most recently at PAX East in May 2025 which discussed Accessibility in Video Games and Accessibility in Tabletop Games. We work to bring together experts in accessibility and disability both lived and professional to help educate on the importance of including disabled people in gaming communities. You can find a recording of the video games panel here. At the time of this document writing, the recording of the tabletop games panel is still being captioned.

In May 2025 we debuted the Access Forward Gaming Lounge at PAX East. This is a disabled-led space for disabled and non disabled players to enjoy TTRPGs in a way that supports different access accommodations. We plan to bring this back to future PAX events and expand it to other gaming conventions. Read more on the PAX website!

Over the years we have worked to create unique descriptive alt text (image descriptions) for the art found in TTRPGs. Since it is often very detailed to help immerse a player in the world, it requires more than just a basic description. More information can be found on this sample document. We’ve partnered with studios like Kobold Press, Evil Hat Productions, Fandom Tabletop, Penny Arcade, R Talsorian Games, and Wizards of the Coast as well as smaller independent publishers such as Astrolago Press, D Coleman Productions, Gallant Knight Games, Metal Weave Games, Lunar Games, Avery Alder, and Stephanie Bryant.

The next major program we aim to launch by the end of 2025 will focus on digital accessibility, providing support for creators large and small to learn how to make their websites and PDF files accessible for people with visual disabilities. This can take the form of consulting and training to full PDF remediation and preparation before a product launches.

Additionally, the braille dice product line is on track to expand and offer sets of single dice types for games that do not use a d20 or RPG set system. These will be packages of d6s, d10s, etc in our unique style that can be used for any game. We anticipate making these new sets available by the end of 2025!

Get Involved
The G4E event allows you to fundraise your way; assemble an adventuring party for a TTRPG night where donations can impact the game, start a Crowd Control session and let chat "help" you play your video game, create unique art for donors, or anything else you can think of. Every dollar you raise helps DOTS welcome more disabled players to the TTRPG table, ensuring everyone gets a chance to enjoy the magic of gaming!
